XC Heads to NCAA Regionals at Rowan
Empire 8 men's and women's cross country teams will compete on Saturday, Nov. 12 at the NCAA Atlantic Region Championship hosted by Rowan University. The course is at the University's West Campus. The women's 6,000-meter race begins at 11 a.m. followed by the men's 8,000-meter race at noon.

The top two team finishers in each race qualify for the NCAA Division III Championships on Saturday, Nov. 19 at E.P. Tom Sawyer Park in Louisville, KY. Sixteen other at-large bids will be awarded from the nation's eight total regions. The top seven individual finishers from each region not on one of the team qualifiers will earn an invitation to the national championships.
