Forrester sets school mark in shot put

SPRINGFIELD, Mass. (December 3, 2016) – Senior
Neil Forrester set a new Stevens record in the shot put with a mark of 15.44 meters and men's and women's indoor track and field recorded first-place finishes in four events at the Springfield College Season Opener Saturday morning.
Forrester broke his own record of 14.81 meters set at last year's Fast Track Last Chance Event in February. The senior won today's event by 1.6 meters and qualified for the ECAC Championships in March.
