ROCHESTER, NY – Senior Maurice Mills became Nazareth's All-Time leader in blocked shots over the weekend with a current running total of 174.  Mills surpassed Greg Lothridge '12  mark of 172 against Elmira on Saturday when he tied a career-high with six blocked shots.

Since arriving on campus as a freshman, Mills established himself as a premiere shot blocker for head coach Kevin Broderick.  Each season, Mills has steadily increased his shot-blocking numbers, registering 24 in his first season, 53 as a sophomore, and tallying 55 a year ago. After missing six games due to injury this season, Mills has registered 42 blocks in 17 games – his 2.5 blocks a game average is tops in the conference.

Nazareth closes out the regular season this weekend when it hosts Stevens and Utica College.  The Golden Flyer host the Ducks at 6 p.m. on Friday, before squaring off against Utica on Senior Day at 2 p.m. on Saturday.
