CANTON, N.Y. -- Host St. Lawrence dominated Nazareth in a non-conference men's tennis match Sunday as the Saints took a 9-0 win over the Golden Flyers.

The match was Nazareth's first of the spring season. The Golden Flyers next play during their spring trip to Hilton Head, S.C., starting Sunday against Missouri Valley at 11:30 a.m.

Against the Golden Flyers, St. Lawrence won five of the six singles matches in straight sets. Senior Tyler Williams lost in a third-set tiebreaker at first singles to St. Lawrence's Dean Sponholz 6-0, 4-6, 10-6. William and Louis Rogers played first doubles and lost 8-3 to the Saints' top tandem of Paul Barrett and Elliot Solandt.
