LAKELAND, FL – The Alfred University men's tennis team opened its spring break with three losses.
They fell to Wittenberg 2-7, University of Northwestern 2-7 and Roger Williams 1-8.
Connor Doud (Ballston Spa, NY/Ballston Spa) was perfect in his singles performances, going 3-0 and adding a 2-1 doubles record. Both of his singles and doubles play were at the No. 1 position.
Matt Baloga (Goshen, NY/Goshen) was Doud's doubles partner, picking up his 2-1 record as well.
The Saxons wrap up the trip against Cornell College and Ursinus College on Tuesday, March 8.
