Men’s Swimming Opens Day 1 Of NCAA’s

GREENSBORO, N.C. (March 16, 2016) – All five members of the Stevens Institute of Technology men's swimming team competed during Day One of the NCAA Swimming Championships Wednesday.

The 200-medley relay team seniors Ravi Sun, Joshua Lefeber, Tomasz Wolinski and junior Austen Young took home second in the consolation final, notching a team-record time 1:30.13. The time was .48 seconds faster than the group's preliminary time.

In the individual events, sophomore Connor Harrigan swam the 500-free in 4:35.65, good for 27th place, while Sun and Lefeber placed 25th and 27th respectively in the 200-IM, within .33 seconds of each other.
