Ithaca Climbs in National Polls; Naz & Stevens Still Ranked

The Ithaca College men's lacrosse team continued its climb up the national polls after Saturday's, 19-5 win over Nazareth College.

Riding high after an eight-game winning streak that includes impressive wins over Cortland, Stevens Institute of Technology and Nazareth, the Bombers (10-1, 3-0 Empire 8) are ranked 11th in the Nike/Lacrosse Magazine top 20 poll, and 12th in the United States Intercollegiate Lacrosse Association's (USILA) top 20 poll.

Ithaca climbed six spots in the Nike/Lacrosse Magazine rankings, and moved up four spots in the USILA poll following the 14-goal home win against rival Nazareth.

Nazareth and Stevens continue to receive national recognition for their play on the field with Top 20 rankings. In the USILA/Nike Division III Coaches Poll, Nazareth fell to No. 18, while Stevens completed the poll at No. 20. 

In the Nike/Lacross Magazine Top 20 poll, Nazareth appeared at No. 17, while Stevens stayed at No. 19.
