PHILADELPHIA, Pa. (April 30, 2016) – Several Stevens Institute of Technology outdoor school records were broken at the Penn Relays this weekend.

In her 10,000 meter debut, senior Amy Regan finished second with a time of 34:09.44. The time leads NCAA Division III by over a minute, and was the eighth fastest in DIII history. The last 5,000 meters of her race was run in 16.52, and Regan edged out runners from several different Division III programs.

Freshman Mary Visca placed 41st in the 5,000 meter, as she set a personal best time of 17:16.22. Currently, that time ranks Visca in the top-20 in Division III this year. The 4X800 meter relay team of Kasey Suszko, Paige Metzheiser, Jackie Endres and Samantha Rokicsak broke the school record with a time of 9:31.1. Suszko led off the relay with a split of 2:18.8.
