Ithaca and Stevens Jump 15 Spots in National Poll

ITHACA, N.Y. – The Ithaca College and Stevens Institute of Technology women's cross country team vaulted up 15 sports on the United States Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association Top 35 Poll, which was released Wednesday, September 21.
Ithaca was ranked 29th a week ago, but thanks to a solid team performance at the U of R Yellowjacket Invitational last Saturday, the Bombers found a spot at No. 14 this week. Stevens broke into the rankings for the first time in program history, entering at No. 33 last week. After topping three other teams including No. 7 Oneonta at the Oneonta Airfield Invitational, Stevens vaulted up the poll, landing at No. 18.
