Fisher In Ninth After Day One Of Gordin Classic

plus-The St. John Fisher College men's golf program is in ninth place after 36 holes at the 26th Annual Gordin Collegiate Classic, one of the most prestigious invitational's in all of NCAA Division III.  The two-day tournament is played at the Delaware Golf Club and is hosted by Ohio Wesleyan.   The format is 36 holes on Sunday and 18 holes on Monday.

The Cardinals at plus-25 overall after shooting a 298 in their first round and a 295 in their second round.

Seniors Joel Jakubowicz and Jeff Palmerino are tied for 18th place overall.  Both players shot a 1-over-par 72 in their first round and were plus-3 in their second rounds.

Karl Deuble went 75-76, while Christopher Salone carded an even-par 71 in his second round.   Nicholas Calabrese shot a 79 and a 76, respectively.
