Men’s Lacrosse Places Seven on Inside Lacrosse Preseason All-America Teams

BALTIMORE, Md. – The Empire 8 men's lacrosse teams gained national press from respected media outlet Inside Lacrosse, as the organization has unveiled segments of its 2017 Face-Off Yearbook online. The E8 placed seven student-athletes on the media outlet's Preseason All-American release.
Nazareth senior midfielder
Luke Longo headlined the list as he was named as a First Team Pre-season All-American.
Ithaca senior attacker
John Januszkiewicz was named a Second Team All-American, while junior defenseman
Winston Wenham was tabbed a Third-Team honoree. IC also added a pair of attacker on the Honorable Mention All-America list in junior
Jake Cotton and senior
Jack Shumway.
Alfred University attacker
Jake Lynch and Stevens Institute of Technology's Jan Schoonen were also named Honorable Mention selections.
