Fisher Men's Basketball Volunteers at Spencerport Select Basketball Youth Clinic
PITTSFORD, N.Y. – The nationally-ranked St. John Fisher College men's basketball team took the time to give back to the community recently as the Cardinals participated in a youth basketball clinic in Spencerport as part of Spencerport Select Basketball.
Members of the team, along with the coaching staff, took part in instruction and drills and aided those in attendance in basketball fundamentals and more.
The Cardinals, who routinely participate in endeavors such as the Giant Read and volunteering with various local charities, are coming off a convincing win in their home debut as the team posted a 90-57 win over The College of Wooster on Tuesday evening.
Fisher, which is ranked 19th in the initial D3hoops.com national poll, will be back in action at 7:30 p.m. on November 30th when it travels to Cortland to face the Red Dragons in a non-conference matchup.
