Coach's Corner
"Great job by our squad tonight in some tough conditions and championship atmosphere, said head cach
Jeff Parker. "Actually one of our better energy performances on the night and a great rebound from the regular season where we had one of our poorest defensive outings. It has been a historic season defensively and we're glad it's still going. We're still striving to reach our fullest potential and we get to continue that when we face Hartwick tomorrow for the E8 title!"
The Ducks will tangle with host Hartwick College for the Empire 8 Championship at 6 p.m. on Saturday. Stevens topped the Hawks 2-1 on September 23 during the teams' regular season meeting. Stevens, Nazareth and Hartwick finished in a three-way tie for the regular season crown.
