2017 Women's Volleyball All-Tournament Team and MVP

Following the Empire 8 Women’s Volleyball Tournament and the naming of the Most Valuable Player, the entire 2017 All-tournament team has been announced.
 
Stevens – Sara Hain (MVP), Casey King, Julie Greco
Nazareth – Kelsey Milligan and Jessica Barry
St. John Fisher – Anna Marcy
Alfred – Aubrey Totsline
 
Hain was named the championship's Most Valuable Player after hitting 0.571 over the two-match tournament. The Roseville, Minnesota native recorded six kills on 10 attacks without an error against Alfred and then totaled eight kills on 11 attacks with two errors in the championship. Hain also collected five blocks.
 
King hit .353 in the semifinal with 14 kills on 34 attempts with two errors. She also added five block assists and six digs. In the titel match, King finished with 10 kills on 28 attempts and 14 digs.
 
Greco handed out 70 assists (11.67 per set) and collected 13 digs (2.16 per set) in the E8 Tournament for the Ducks. She had 31 assists against Alfred in the semifinals and 39 assists and three block assists in the E8 title match.

Milligan finished with 12 kills on 31 attempts and two errors for a .322 hitting percentage in the E8 tournament. She hit. 417 in the semifinals against Fisher and then led the Golden Flyers with seven kills in the title match.
 
Barry dished out 48 assists (8.0 per set), had 17 digs (2.83 per set) and two service aces in a 1-1 week for Nazareth. She had 27 assists in a three set win over Fisher in the E8 semifinals and 21 assists against Stevens in the E8 finals.
  
Marcy posted a team-high nine kills for the Cardinals in the semifinals against Nazareth. She also had two block assists and nine digs.
 
Totsline had 23 set assists and also the top hitting percentage for the Saxons with two kills on seven attempts with no errors.
