Jenna Jaworski (W&J) scored the game-winning goal to clinch the Empire 8 field hockey championship.
Jonas Melendez (Stevens) scored the game-winning goal with 16 seconds left in the E8 men's soccer championship.
Stevens Women's Volleyball won the 2017 Empire 8 Title.
Kyle Carson (Cortland) blocked a punt and Dakym Davis returned it 35 yards for the go-ahead touchdown.
Ashley Connolly (Hartwick) scored the first goal of the women's soccer semifinals.
River Seybolt (Sage) scored the game-winner in overtime to advance the Gators to the E8 finals.
Rylee Meelan (Utica) scored both goals in the semfinal game to beat reigning E8 Champion SJFC.
Josh Cresp (Nazareth) gave Nazareth a 1-0 lead in the E8 semifinals.
