King Sets Pool Record in UC's Win at Caz
Cazenovia, NY – The Utica College women's swim and dive team faced-off against Cazenovia, on the road, on Friday. The Pioneers won a close competition, by a final score of 117-105.
Phoebe King placed first and set a new pool record time of 2:02.06, in the 200-yard freestyle event. King also earned a top-place finish in the 500-yard freestyle, with a time of 5:37.73. She was joined by Kelcey Madigan, Rebecca Merrill, and Grace Gallentine to swim a time of 4:30.50 for a first-place finish in the 400-yard medley relay.
The Pioneers don't compete again until January 12th of the new year, as they will travel to Alfred University. The dual meet is scheduled to begin at 1:30 p.m.
