Nazareth To Host 2021 NCAA Men's Volleyball Championship
ROCHESTER – Nazareth and the Monroe County Sports Commission have been chosen to host the 2021 NCAA Division III Men's Volleyball Championships, April 23-25 at the Otto A. Shults Center.
This will be the third time that Nazareth has hosted the NCAA Division III Men's Volleyball Championships after also doing so in 2013 and 2016. The Golden Flyers fell in the NCAA Championship game in 2013 to Springfield. In 2016, SUNY New Paltz prevailed over Springfield in four sets.
"We are thrilled that we've been chosen again to host this great event," said Nazareth Athletic Director Pete Bothner. "With the help of the Monroe County Sports Commission, we will put together another first-class event."
Nazareth also hosted the Molten national championship tournament in 2011, with the Golden Flyers winning the title.
