PITTSFORD, N.Y. – Dylan Lambert scored the 1,000th point of his career on a free throw 6:41 into the game in Houghton's 98-48 loss to St. John Fisher on the road Friday night.

Lambert's milestone marks the third-straight year a Highlander has surpassed 1,000 career points, He joins his former teammates Tyler McQuaid and Phil Pellegrino, who reached the mark in 2015-16 and 2016-17, respectively. While McQuaid and Pellegrino went over 1,000 in the final games of their Highlander careers, Lambert -- just a junior -- still has plenty of games left to increase his total.

NOTABLE STATS
>> Lambert finished the night with a team-high 14 points, while freshmen Carter Price and Jordan Holmes combined for 15 points.

>> Sammy Robinson (18 points), Tyler English (14 points) and Alex Sausville (13 points) were the top Cardinal scorers.
