Desveaux Selected to USILA Team of the Week

Ryan Desveaux (Bowmanville, ONT/St. Stephen Catholic) was named to the USILA Men's Lacrosse Team of the Week for his outstanding performances last week against St. John Fisher and SUNY Polytechnic.
Desveaux tallied 14 goals and added three assists for a total 17 points as the Pioneers went 1-1 last week. Against St. John Fisher he recorded his 100th career goal, becoming the fourth player in program history to do so.
Against St. John Fisher, Desveaux was responsible for six goals and two assists for a total of eight points. He currently leads the Empire 8 with 3.33 goals per game and is second in the E8 averaging 3.67 points per game.
Desveaux had a season high nine points against SUNY Poly as UC defeated the Wildcats 15-11. Wednesday marked the fifth time Desveaux scored over four points this season as he recorded his 32nd consecutive start dating back to 2016.
