Dense Sets School Record at Beautiful Valley Open Meet Hosted by SUNY Geneseo
GENESEO, N.Y. – The St. John Fisher College women's track and field teams took part in the Beautiful Valley Open meet hosted by SUNY Geneseo on Thursday afternoon.
Sophomore Tayler Dence grabbed first place in the 400-meter hurdles, and she also set a new school record after she crossed the finish line at 1:02.56. The Hannibal native is now 21st overall in the nation and three tenths of a second from qualifying for the national meet.
