Greg Arabagian Smashes School 5k Record by 15 Seconds at Swarthmore

SWARTHMORE, Pa. (May 15, 2018) – Senior
Greg Arabagian of the Stevens Institute of Technology track & field team broke Michael Cahill's four-year-old school-record in the 5K by 15 seconds and put himself in great position to qualify for nationals to highlight the Ducks' trip to the Swarthmore Last Chance Meet on Monday.
Arabagian's time of 14:30.97 was 15 seconds better than the previous school record and a whopping 37 seconds better than his previous personal best. That time is the 16th-fastest turned in nationwide this year.
