The USILA Scholar All-America Program was established in 1989 to recognize student-athletes from USILA member institutions who have distinguished themselves academically, athletically and as citizens of their communities. A Scholar All-American must have a senior year academic standing, have a cumulative grade point average of 3.0, and have behaved in a manner that has brought credit to himself, his institution, and to college lacrosse both on and off the field. He must also be an All-American, a member of a North/South team, or an outstanding league or conference player.

This season, Schweitzer was tapped an Empire 8 First Team all-star for the second straight year, he led the conference in caused turnovers and ranked in the top five in ground balls. He recently participated in the USILA North-South game on Memorial Day weekend. Schweitzer averaged 90.5 ground balls and 37.5 caused turnovers per game in his two seasons with the Hawks.

Rosso, who started all 18 games this season, led the team and ranked second in the Empire 8 with 70 points. His 43 goals scored and 143 shots were the third-highest totals among all conference players while his 27 assists this season ranked second overall in the Empire 8.  Aside from the offensive achievements, Rosso added 30 ground balls, seven caused turnovers, and was able to stay out of the box as he completed the season without a single penalty.

Creamer again anchored an intimidating back line for the Ducks, who finished second in the Empire 8 Conference in goals against and paired with the team's high-scoring offense, led to a league-best 9.5 goal margin per game. The Farmingdale, New York native picked up 36 ground balls and caused 16 turnovers, while often keying in on the opposing teams' top attackman . Creamer was the only member of the team to start all 21 contests and closed his career with 41 consecutive starts.

Dawson concluded his collegiate career with 39 goals and 15 assists to finish third on the team with 54 points over 18 contests. The Virginia Beach, Virginia native collected seven hat tricks and recorded 14 multi-point games, including a season-high seven against Skidmore on March 13. The high-scoring forward scored a team-high nine times with the man-advantage and added one game-winner. Dawson also picked up 14 ground balls and caused five turnovers. Over his four-year career, Dawson totaled 117 goals to finish among the top-10 goal scorers in program history.

Rogers turned in his best season on Castle Point in his final year of collegiate eligibility, collecting 17 goals and 12 assists to finish with a career-high 29 points. The Branchburg, New Jersey native finished tied for third on the team with 5 "Up" goals, while causing 14 turnovers, picking up 24 ground balls and served a valuable role as a short-stick defensive midfielder, while providing leadership both on the field and in the locker room.
