Recap: Five different players scored first-half goals as the Hawks cruised to a 6-0 victory over Wells on Wednesday night in Aurora, NY.
Alexa DuBois (Hobart, NY/South Kortright) opened the scoring off an assist from
Rachel Weir (New Milford, CT/New Milford) 3:51 into the contest. Twelve and a half minutes later,
Maggie Rogers (Wharton, NJ/Morris Hills) scored to make it 2-0.
Kiley Richardson (Flanders, NJ/Roxbury) set up the goal. Weir gave the Hawks their third goal near the midway point of the half.
Gabrielle Kreppein (Glens Falls, NY/South Glens Falls) added a fourth with
Isabella Toro (Monroe, NY/Monroe-Woodbury) assisting. Fifty-three ticks later,
Alyssa Slingerland (Clifton Park, NY/Shenendehowa) made it a 5-0 game. In the second half, Richardson tallied for the Hawks' sixth goal. Kreppein assisted.
Cassandra Robataille (Amsterdam, NY/Amsterdam) earned another shutout in goal.
