For the second time this season, Adam Zebrowski of the St. John Fisher College baseball team has been added to the National Team of the Week by D3baseball.com and National Collegiate Baseball Writers Association (NCBWA) after batting .786 over the Cardinals' three games last week.

Zebrowski took over the Division III home run lead with his 16th blast of the season and accounted for 11 hits in 14 at-bats overall with two doubles, four home runs, 14 RBI and 10 runs scored.  He finished the week with an .824 on-base percentage and slugged a whopping 1.786.

The junior catcher had at least three hits in every game last week and capped off the week with a 5-for-5 performance against Keuka on Saturday.

For the season, Zebrowski owns a .521 average and is among the leaders in the Empire 8 in nearly every category.  The Albany native has produced 62 base hits, 53 RBI, 16 home runs, 11 doubles and 53 runs scored in just 32 games.

Zebrowski, who was also the NCBWA Hitter of the Week for the week of April 5-11, becomes just the fifth Division III baseball player in the last 15 years to earn national weekly honors twice in the same season.

The Cardinals will begin their title quest at 12 p.m. on Friday when they host Keuka College in the Empire 8 Championship in a doubleheader at Dugan Yard.
