KEUKA PARK, NY— Freshman guard Amanda Jackson tied a 21-year-old Houghton Highlanders women's basketball record, draining seven three-pointers to lead the Highlanders past the Keuka Wolves, 75-51.

Playing with only seven available players, Houghton got off to a slow start, as the Wolves jumped out to a 19-14 lead after the first ten minutes.

That lead, however, would prove short-lived.  After the Wolves went up by seven in the opening seconds of the second quarter, Alexis Klohr drained back-to-back threes on consecutive possessions, and Jackson hit another moments later to put Houghton up by two.

After the Wolves regained the lead, Klohr hit her third three of the quarter and Houghton would retain the lead for the remainder of the game.  Houghton went into the break up by seven, 35-28, and would outscore Keuka in the second half, 40-23.
