Senior
Sydney Gagnon (Chestertown, N.Y.) of Hartwick College was named to the National Field Hockey Coaches Association (NFHCA) 2022 Victory Sports Tours/Division III Senior Game on Thursday afternoon. She is the lone Empire 8 student-athlete named to the 2022 Senior All-Star game.
The North Warren Central graduate has recorded 10 goals and two assists on the year. Over the course of her career, she has amassed 35 goals and 11 assists for 81 total points. She is a 3-time Empire 8 All-Conference selection. Last season she was named to the NFHCA North Atlantic Region First Team.
The annual senior game participants are nominated by their coaches and are selected based on their career accomplishments. The Senior Game is slated to begin at 2 PM on Saturday, November 19 on the campus of Rowan University in New Jersey.

Erin Autera. "Sydney's leadership, drive, and commitment will provide great representation of Hartwick field hockey at the senior game and we couldn't be more proud." Gagnon is the first Hawk to be named to the Senior Game team during Autera's tenure at Hartwick.
