ROCHESTER, NY – The Nazareth College Women's Tennis team will begin NCAA Division III Tournament play with a match against The College of New Jersey May 12 or 13 at Amherst College in Massachusetts. Dates and times for matches are to be announced.
The winner of the first round match will take on Tufts for a chance to play a third round match either Saturday or Sunday at Amherst.
On the other half of the Amherst bracket, Skidmore will play Baruch in the first round with the winner taking on the host Mammoths.
The quarterfinals, semifinals and championship matches will take place May 23-25 at the USTA National Campus in Orlando.
Nazareth earned the automatic bid to the tournament with a 5-3 victory over Hartwick in the Empire 8 Tournament in October.
