UTICA, NY - For the fifth time in program history, the Utica University football team has been selected to play in one of the four ECAC Bowl games. The Pioneers will travel to Hobart College on Saturday to take on the Statesmen in the ECAC Clayton Chapman Bowl. Game time is 1 p.m.
Utica and Hobart each posted 8-2 records this season to put themselves in bowl contention. The teams have had two prior all-time meetings which came in 2012 and 2013, both of which resulted in Hobart victories.

The ECAC (Eastern College Athletic Conference) is an eighty-five-year-old organization with well over 200 member schools across all three NCAA Divisions - I, II and III. The ECAC exists to enhance the experience of student-athletes participating in intercollegiate athletics and provides great value for universities and colleges by sponsoring championships, leagues, bowl games, tournaments and other competitions throughout the Northeast.
