ROCHESTER, NY - The SUNY Geneseo women's soccer team shut out St. John Fisher University, 2-0, on Saturday afternoon. The Knights were led by goal scorers Abby Dunnigan and Juliette Frischmann, and now sit at 4-2-1 overall and 2-0 in conference play.
HOW IT HAPPENED:

Entering the second, the Knights continued their attack, with great shots made by Frischmann, Carly Chupick and Carly Lawrence, but couldn't extend the lead.

In the 77th minute, Lauren DeMura just narrowly missed a third goal, hitting the post. The Knights defense held strong for the rest of the match and finished on top, winning 2-0. The team now sits at 4-2-1 and 2-0 in conference play.
