Kaylene Noble of St. John Fisher Highlights 2025 Empire 8 Women’s Volleyball Championship All-Tournament Team

The Empire 8 Conference announced its 2025 Women’s Volleyball Championship All-Tournament Team on Tuesday, Nov. 18. Junior outside hitter Kaylene Noble of St. John Fisher University was named the Empire 8 Tournament Most Valuable Player after leading the top-seeded Cardinals to their sixth league title in the last seven seasons last weekend.
 
Noble slammed 40 kills while recording a .318 hitting percentage, to go along with 20 digs, three service aces andf three blocks, as St. John Fisher won three E8 Tournament matches to win the 2025 title and earn the Empire 8’s automatic berth in the NCAA Division III Women’s Volleyball Championship Tournament. Noble began the tournament with 11 kills on a .358 hitting percentage and five digs in a three-set win over No. 8 Alfred University in quarterfinal action Nov. 8. On Wednesday, Nov. 11, Noble once again recorded 11 kills with seven digs and two blocks in a three-set win over No. 4 seed SUNY Geneseo. Noble concluded her tremendous tournament on Saturday, Nov. 15, hitting .353 with a match-high 18 kills, eight digs and two service aces in the championship match against No. 2 seed Hartwick College, including the match-clinching, third-set swing that secured the sweep and league title.
 
Noble was one of three St. John Fisher student-athletes to earn All-Tournament Team honors. The Cardinals enter the NCAA Tournament having won 29 consecutive matches, with a 29-1 overall record and are ranked No. 15 in the final NCAA National Power Index.
