Isaiah Simmons of SUNY Brockport and Aden Wiser of SUNY Cortland were named to the 2025 American Football Coaches Association (AFCA) All-America Team. Simmons was a second team offense pick while Wiser was a second team defense pick.
Both Simmons and Wiser earned D3football.com All-Region 2 first team and Empire 8 first team honors. Wiser was the 2025 E8 Defensive Player of the Year.
Simmons finished his 2025 season third in NCAA Division III in total rushing yards with 1,609 and second in rushing touchdowns with 23 all on 241 carries. He averaged 146.27 yards per game and had a season-long average of 6.7 yards per carry. In the passing game, he contributed 22 catches for 147 yards and added one receiving touchdown.
Wiser, the 2025 E8 Defensive Player of the Year, finished his impressive season with 38 tackles, 26 solo, all in 11 games. He was the leader for the Red Dragons in sacks with seven and tackles for loss with 9.5. In addition, he had seven quarterback hurries, one interception, two pass breakups and a forced fumble.
