KEUKA PARK, N.Y. — The Keuka College Department of Athletics has announced that Tom Wilk will be the new Men's Basketball Head Coach for the Wolves.

Wilk comes to Keuka College after a highly successful four seasons as the head coach at Tompkins Cortland Community College.

"I am honored to be named the next Men's Basketball Coach at Keuka College," said Wilk. "I want to thank Associate Vice President and Director of Athletics Jon Accardi M'09, along with the entire Athletics team, for the opportunity to join the Keuka College family. I'm excited to get to work building our program and helping our student-athletes thrive both on and off the court."

At Tompkins Cortland, Wilk guided the Panthers to the postseason in each of his four seasons. They earned a win in the National Junior College Athletic Association (NJCAA) Region III Tournament in 2023, the first for the program since 2009. The Panthers won the Mid-State Athletic Conference Tournament a year later and then made it to the NJCAA Region III Final Four this past season.

Wilk has recruited and developed players both on and off the court. During his tenure with the Panthers, he coached seven NJCAA All-Academic student-athletes. He also coached a pair of Conference Players of the Year, a regional Most Valuable Player, and a pair of NJCAA All-Americans.

"We're truly excited to welcome Coach Wilk," said Jon Accardi. "Tom has proven success as a head coach, deep ties to regional recruiting, and experience at quality DIII programs – making him the right fit for Keuka College. We expect hardworking, hard-nosed individuals in our department, and Tom embodies that mindset. He's committed to continuous improvement and cares deeply about developing young men both on and off the court. We're looking forward to the impact he'll have."

Before his time as head coach at Tompkins Cortland, Wilk was an assistant coach across New York with stops at SUNY Cortland, SUNY Morrisville, and SUNY Delhi, seeing success at all schools. In 2019, while an assistant at his alma mater, SUNY Morrisville, Wilk was named to the Under Armour/National Basketball Coaches Association 30 Under 30 Team, being recognized as one of the top coaches nationally under 30 years old.

Wilk graduated from Morrisville in 2015 with a Bachelor of Technology degree. He was a team captain for the Mustangs during their most successful stretch as a Division III institution. He was a two-time North Eastern Athletic Conference champion. In 2013, Morrisville made it to the Sweet 16 of the NCAA Division III Tournament and advanced a round further in 2014, advancing to the Elite 8.

The Wolves are a few months away from kicking off their 2025-26 season. Coach Wilk and Keuka College will begin the season at home on Saturday, Nov. 8, as they host Buffalo State at the JMW Recreation and Athletics Center.
