Eight Empire 8 baseball student-athletes earned All-Region honors, as D3baseball.com announced their 2026 All-New York Region teams. 2026 Empire 8 Coach of the Year Matt Marsh from Russell Sage College and St. John Fisher University's Justin Christensen headline the selections as Region III Coach of the Year and Rookie of the Year. In addition, five players from St. John Fisher University were honored, while Utica University had two players and 2026 Empire 8 Champions Russell Sage College had one player earn All-Region plaudits.
The D3baseball.com selections Players were nominated for these awards by the Sports Information Directors at the various schools.
