Eight Empire 8 women's soccer programs were named United Soccer Coaches Team Academic Award winners to recognize exemplary performance in the classroom during the 2025-26 academic year.
A total of 451 college teams earned the Team Academic Award. SUNY Geneseo had the highest team grade-point average among all E8 women’s programs (3.70), while Alfred University, Elmira College, Hartwick College, Houghton University, Keuka College, Russell Sage College and Utica University were all recipients.
College Team Academic Award recipients are active members of the United Soccer Coaches Services Program with a composite grade-point average of 3.0 or better on a 4.0 scale for all players on the roster for the 2025-26 academic year.
