What is your most memorable collegiate athletics moment?
Getting to run indoor regionals at the Armory last year and break the Distance Medley Relay school record with my friends.

What motivates you to keep pushing yourself as an athlete?
My teammates are my biggest motivation! I have made some of my best friends on this team and they inspire me every day. Running in college has taught me that with hard work, consistent effort and teammates to push you, you never know what you're capable of - and that's wat motivates me to bring my best effort!

What gets you excited to show up to practice every day?
I love seeing my friends. I am always excited for our life chats on runs and whatever fun antics we are up to.

When you're having a difficult day, what keeps you going?
My family and teammates are always there to pick me up and continue believing in me when my confidene wavers. My parents are my biggest cheerleaders and are there for every race, no matter how it goes. I wouldn't be where I am without them.

What makes all the time and effort you put into your sport worth it?
Distance running has taught me so much about myself. It has helped me to see that I am capable of things I never thought I could do. I have grown a lot through this sport. The gratification of a strong workout or race and simply getting to share all the hours of work with my teammates makes it worth it.

What does success mean to you?
When you show up for yourself and your teammates every day, you will eventually see the benefit of your hard work. Success is putting in your best effort and doing something you can be proud of.

What is your favorite aspect of being a student-athlete/favorite most rewarding aspect of college life?
Being a student-athlete allows me to be a part of a community with shared interests and part of a team with a common goal. I'm grateful Nazareth has given me the opportunity to pursue both my academic and athletic interests, as well as community engagement work, study abroad, internship and research opportunities.

What are you working toward right now?
I am working to live in the moment more and appreciate every moment of my last seasons of collegiate running! Being in that headspace helps me to bring my best effort to each race and trust in my training so that I can reach my goals.

Career goals after college?
Community engagement work.
