Rogers scored nine points and grabbed a season-high 11 rebounds in 20 minutes to lead fourth-seeded Ithaca past top-seeded Hartwick 79-67 in the semifinals of the Empire 8 Men’s Basketball Championship. The win was the Bombers’ second over the Hawks, who lost only one other game all season.
