Vurchio picked off a pair of passes in Hartwick’s season-opening 62-6 win at Maine Maritime Academy on Saturday. Vurchio capped off Hartwick's 21-point 2nd quarter with a 39-yard interception for a touchdown. Vurchio picked off his second pass of the game early in the fourth quarter, leading to Hartwick's offense scoring on their ensuing possession. He also tallied two assisted tackles in the win.
