LeFrois-Heath took second in the 400-yard individual medley with a time of 4:35.64 at the Ithaca Bomber Invitational on Saturday. On Sunday, she took 10th overall with a time of 5:20.22 in the 500-yard freestyle. LeFrois-Heath was also part of the 200-yard medley relay team that placed seventh overall.
