Ambler was named the 2025 E8 Empire 8 Women's Outdoor Championship Field Athlete of the Meet. On Friday, Ambler won the long jump with a leap of 5.90 meters, which was just shy of the Championship meet record and moved her into a tie for 11th nationally in the event. On Saturday, Ambler cruised to the win in the 100-meter hurdles in a time of 14.51 seconds. She also was part of Geneseo’s 4 x 100-meter relay team that set an all-time Empire 8 record with a time of 47.38 seconds. It is her second straight E8 weekly accolade.
