Sweazy was the individual medalist at the 2025 Empire 8 Women's Golf Invitational on Sunday and Monday, which took place at Teugega Country Club. She placed first on the individual leaderboard, turning in a 9-over 80 on Sunday and an 11-over 82 on Monday to finish +20 (162), finishing six strokes clear of teammates Ava Malvaso and Sarah Burgess. The Cardinals carded a 348 on Sunday and a 344 on Sunday for a two-day total of 692. Nazareth placed second, while SUNY Geneseo placed third. It is Sweazy's second E8 weekly honor of the 2025 season.
