Ross led the Golden Flyers with three key goals from the blueline and was plus-two, as Nazareth swept a home-and-home series against UCHC rival St. John Fisher. On Friday, Ross scored two key goals in a 4-2 win at St. John Fisher. He followed that up by scoring the game-winning, shorthanded goal 6:29 into the third period that broke a 1-1 tie and vaulted the Golden Eagles to a 2-1 win.
