Cecelia Neally finished in a tie for second place out of 27 golfers at the two-day 36-hole Utica College Invitational on Saturday and Sunday. The sophomore posted rounds of 84 and 82 finishing at 20-over par 166 as she posted a pair of birdies with six pars during the final round.
