Sean Paul Owen participated in two Invitationals and won medalist honors both. On Tuesday at the Elmira College Invitational, the junior led the day with a score of 71, which was one-stroke under par for the 18-hole course. His impressive performance was the best at the Elmira College Invitational since at least the 2011-12 season. Owen led the Lakers to victory with a team score of 26. Over the weekend at the Oswego State Fall Invitational, Owen once again earned first place for individuals. He shot 74 on both Saturday and Sunday. The Horseheads native helped the Lakers' "A" squad to the runner-up slot behind Oswego "B."
