Stokoe not only won the third annual Fisher-Rodenbeck Early Season Invitational Friday by just over a second but set a new meet record in the process. His 6,000-meter time of 19:32.0 set a new meet record and was a career-best time on his home course. He averaged a 5:14.3 mile time.
