Cherry went 3-0 this week at No. 1 singles as well as 2-1 at the No. 1 doubles and is now 4-0 at No. 1 singles and 3-1 at No. 1 doubles on the fall. Against Utica on Wednesday, Cherry earned a 6-1, 6-1 win at first singles and teamed with her sister Kenedy Cherry for an 8-6 win in doubles. Against Houghton, Cherry picked up a win at No. 1 singles, by a score of 6-1, 6-0. On Sunday against Oswego, she earned a 6-0, 6-0 singles win and teamed with senior Taylor Gillespie for an 8-6 win in doubles play.
