Steigerwald moved into second place on Fisher's all-time kills list (1,327) after helping guide the Cardinals to three wins in four chances last week. She combined to produce 54 kills, 34 digs and seven service aces over 14 sets, averaging 4.46 points per set. On Tuesday, Steigerwald contributed 13 kills and six digs, while hitting .345 in a sweep of Houghton before bouncing back with 19 kills and 16 digs in a hard-fought, five-set match at RIT. Steigerwald went on to add 10 kills and six more digs in a sweep of Plattsburgh on Saturday before posting 12 kills and another six digs in a 3-0 win over Union. It is her third E8 weekly honor of the 2021 season.
