Koury rewrote his one-week old school record with 4,233 points in the heptathlon at Cornell’s Kane Invitational on Friday and Saturday. He finished the 60-meter dash in 7.37 seconds, the 60-meter hurdles in 9.43 seconds, and the 1,000-meter run in 2:50.60. Koury finished the long jump with a 6.25-meter leap, the shot put with a 7.08-meter mark, the high jump with a 1.92-meter cleared 3.10 meters in the pole vault.
