Tommy Hawks blocked an extra-point attempt in No. 7 Salisbury's 40-16 season-opening win at Christopher Newport. CNU tied the game at 13-13 on the prior play and could have taken the lead on the ensuing point after, but Hawks got his hand on the lick to keep it tied. Hawks also posted two tackles on the game.
