Katie Day repeats as the Empire 8 Women’s Cross Country runner of the week. Day led the Utica College women's cross country team to its first victory of the season Saturday as she placed first overall at the Steven A. Warde Invitational. Day finished with a final time of 19:02.21 in the 5K race, 20 seconds ahead of the nearest competitor.
