Garone helped the Bombers to a 3-1 start, setting for 124 assists at the Bomber Invitational. She opened the weekend with 24 helpers and six kills in the 3-0 sweep of Cazenovia and recorded a total of 47 helpers in the Bombers' 3-1 victory over Rutgers-Newark on Friday. She dished out 36 assists and added five block assists in the five set win against Baptist Bible on Saturday. Garone finished her opening weekend debut with 17 assists in the 3-0 loss to Union.
